Each of our sandals is crafted with quality and elegant styling in mind. Our natural color leather footbed, which will develop a unique patina over time, is still stitched to the outsole for improved flexibility and durability. Each strap is tacked into the footbed, just as many Italian and French sandal makers have been doing along the Mediterranean for years. This also allows for easier access to resole - adding new life to your favorite sandals!

This leather is very rugged and will last for years.  It is a staple material on many flip flop brands.  As you wear them, the moisture and oils from your skin will begin to show on the flip flops.  This is completely okay!  It is not necessary to do anything to protect the leather.  Nubuck does not need to be conditioned, and it will last for years without additional care. Only use a damp cloth to clean your flip flops. ​
