Warranty

The Southern Polished warranty is for the life of the sole and/or leather foot bed.  The sandals will be eligible for warranty until you have worn through any portion of either the leather foot bed or bottom layer of the rubber sole (whichever is worn through first).

Southern Polished will repair your sandals if they are damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects only. If your sandals are covered under our warranty and we are unable to repair them, we will issue a new pair.-

Our warranty covers:

• Straps that have pulled out cleanly with no tears or rips.
• Delamination of layers.
• Stitching.

Any damage to the sandal, other than manufacturing defects, will not be warrantied.  Examples are, but are not limited to, the following:

Torn or ripped straps (toe piece or side straps), animal bites, rough play, heat damage, weather damage (fading, cracking, warping).

If you are not sure if your sandals are covered under the lifetime warranty please email pictures of the top and bottom of both sandals to customer service at customerservice@southernpolished.com for review before mailing them in.
