Returns/Exchanges
Return Policy
We offer free returns and (1) free exchange on all unworn and unaltered items. Returns and exchanges may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping expenses paid by the customer outside of our return label, will not be refunded. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your package arrives at our location.
All returned merchandise is examined upon receipt. All merchandise failing to meet the above standards will be returned to you with an explanation. When trying on shoes, be sure to walk on carpet and wear socks.
Reasons for denied returns are, but are not limited to: creases on upper sole from walking, wear on bottom sole and/or heel, stains on leather, etc. Sandals must be in a condition to resale.

Please ship the goods in their original packaging to Southern Polished, 101 N. James M. Campbell Blvd, #18 Columbia, TN 38401. We recommend tracking your returns. We are not responsible for lost packages that are not tracked.
Sale Item Exchanges or Returns
All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
