Returns/Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, in the original box (Potters Signature sandals only) and with the original receipt. Potters flip flops may be returned in a bubble envelope like the one they were originally shipped in.

Returns and Exchanges apply only to standard sandals and products from our store or website.  There are no returns or exchanges for custom made sandals.

All returned merchandise is examined upon receipt. All merchandise failing to meet the above standards will be returned to you with an explanation.  When trying on shoes, be sure to walk on carpet and wear socks.

Reasons for denied returns are, but are not limited to: creases on upper sole from walking, wear on bottom sole and/or heel, stains on leather, etc. Sandals must be in a condition to resale.

Exchanges on Potters flip flops will be charged $8.50 for (1) pair and $1.00 for each additional pair. Potters Signature sandals will be charged $12.00 for (1) pair and $2.00 for each additional pair. These charges will cover the shipping of your new merchandise.

Please ship the goods in their original packaging to Southern Polished, 7018 Church St. E., Brentwood, TN 37027. We recommend tracking you returns.  We are not responsible for lost packages that are not tracked.  Kindly allow up to 10 business days from the date the return is received at our shop to process your credit.
