At Southern Polished, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. We offer streamlined exchanges and returns through our self-service return portal.

Easy Exchanges & Return Coverage
At checkout, customers may add Easy Exchanges & Return Coverage for a small fee.
This optional coverage includes:
  • Prepaid return shipping labels
  • Access to our self-service return portal
  • Streamlined exchanges and returns
  • Faster processing without needing to contact customer service
Please note:
  • The Easy Exchanges & Return Coverage fee is non-refundable once purchased
  • Coverage applies only to return shipping labels and portal services
  • Southern Polished covers shipping costs for approved exchanges sent back to the customer
Customers who do not purchase coverage are still welcome to return or exchange eligible items; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
  • Be unworn and unaltered
  • Be free from visible wear, stains, odors, or damage
  • Be returned in original, re-sellable condition
When trying on sandals, we recommend trying on with clean feet and walking only on carpeted surfaces, to avoid signs of wear. Leather can quickly form footprints.  Sandals showing a footprint will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process once your return has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are intended to help customers find the correct size, fit, or color as quickly and easily as possible. Once your exchange is received and approved, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Temporary promotional markdowns or sales do not automatically qualify as Final Sale unless specifically stated.

International Orders
At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at: customerservice@southernpolished.com
We will work quickly to make it right.

Additional Notes
Southern Polished reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above, including items showing signs of wear or misuse.
