 Return Policy

 Returns can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date (or 30 days from the date the item was delivered) on any unworn sandals or totes.  Returns will be processed and refunded minus a flat $8 shipping fee.  Return shipping expenses paid by the customer outside of our return label, will not be refunded.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your package arrives at our location.
All returned merchandise is examined upon receipt. All merchandise failing to meet the following standards will be returned to you with an explanation.  When trying on shoes, be sure to walk on carpet to prevent scratching.
Reasons for denied returns are, but are not limited to: creases on upper sole from walking, wear on bottom sole and/or heel, stains on leather, etc. Sandals must be in a condition to resale.

Exchange Policy

We offer one exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. There will be a "restocking fee" applied in the amount of $5 to offset the current increases in shipping costs.  In the event an item needs to be exchanged for any production issue on our end, we will do so at no cost to the customer. 
Please allow 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our location.

Please ship the goods in their original packaging to Southern Polished, 101 N. James M. Campbell Blvd, #18 Columbia, TN 38401. We recommend tracking your returns.  We are not responsible for lost packages that are not tracked.  


Sale Item Exchanges or Returns
All sale items are final.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
